Owens Field Skate Park

The City of Columbia desperately wanted an outlet for its growing population of extreme athletes. The design of Columbia’s first major skate park included inspirations from skating legend Tony Hawk and its construction required precision and strict attention to detail. The entire area is paved with concrete and a smooth surface was required to allow a seamless ride from one end of the park to the other.
